Congressman Rod Blum had a terrible start to his August recess. His support of the so-called First Amendment Defense Act was the source of deep embarrassment as he failed a Fact Checker and was protested by a large crowd of disappointed constituents.
The week only got worse. Rod Blum shamelessly continued spewing the same falsehoods that have been repeatedly rebuked in the press. In the same right-wing radio interview, Blum compared himself to Donald Trump – a deeply out-of-touch comment made all the worse by last night’s debate (not the first time Blum expressed solidarity with Trump).
