Thanks to House Democrats’ and President Biden’s economic agenda, millions of American workers are back on the job, small businesses are recovering, and middle class families are receiving a big boost with the Child Tax Credit.
Amid the August district work period, Frontline Democrats are touting the significant progress they’ve delivered for Americans, and are already at work highlighting their infrastructure priorities back home – which polls have found battleground voters are wildly supportive of.
“As extremist Republicans continue to peddle dangerous lies and vaccine disinformation that threaten our nation’s progress and children’s health, Democrats are hard at work helping Americans build back better,” said DCCC Spokesperson Nebeyatt Betre. “Thanks to Democrats delivering these wins and hosting events back home, more voters across the battleground are recognizing that Democrats are leading our nation’s recovery while Republicans are standing in the way.”
