It’s day four of Mazi Melesa Pilip running for Congress – yet the MAGA extremist still can’t seem to answer critical questions from the press.
We’ll let the record (or lack thereof) speak for itself:
Example #1:
“I wanted to ask Pilip some questions following the event but afterward she was whisked out of the building and was not able to take questions at all.
In fact, I went after her and was blocked from leaving the building through an open door.
And when I asked the press representative for the Republican Party here in Nassau County why we were not allowed to ask her any questions, he at first said she had an appointment and later said this was a rally, not a Q and A.” [ABC7]
Example #2:
Pilip, an Ethiopian-born mother of seven, delivered short, prepared remarks at her rally, then was rushed out of the venue and into a waiting car.
The tactical exit left others from her party — a distinctly white and male representation — fielding reporters’ questions on her behalf. [Politico]
Example #3:
DCCC Spokesperson Ellie Dougherty:
“Serial liar George Santos didn’t tell the truth, but Mazi Melesa Pilip won’t tell us anything. What’s Pilip got to hide?”
