| It has now been more than three days since Virginia Congresswoman Jen Kiggans agreed with racist remarks made by an interview host. Kiggans responded: “That’s right. Ditto. Yes, yes to that.”
Local Black elected leaders spoke out and called on Kiggans to apologize for agreeing with the racist remarks, and Kiggans has faced a wave of “backlash” in the press for her comments.
Why won’t Kiggans apologize to Virginians?
