| A vulnerable House Republican told their constituents that they would hold a town hall “when hell freezes over.”
You may be wondering: was it Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick who said it? After all, it’s been more than 8 long years since Fitzpatrick held an open, in-person town hall.
But no, it was not Fitzpatrick. That’s because even if hell freezes over, Fitzpatrick would likely still dodge Bucks and Montgomery county voters.
DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin:
“The last time Brian Fitzpatrick held an in-person town hall, Carson Wentz was the starting quarterback for the Birds, Bryce Harper was on the Washington Nationals, and Despacito was a top charting song. It’s downright pathetic that Fitzpatrick refuses to meet with his constituents face-to-face – and the reason is because he knows he can’t explain his disastrous record.” |
