The NAACP Virginia State Conference today condemned deceptive mailers that are targeting Black Virginians by comparing the upcoming April 21st referendum as being “just like Jim Crow.”
But Congresswoman Jen Kiggans – who represents a district with a nearly 25% Black voting age population – hasn’t said a word.
Yes or no: Will Kiggans strongly condemn these racist mailers that falsely compare a referendum to Jim Crow era racial segregation and disenfranchisement?
Virginians deserve an answer.
