This past Thursday, NRCC donor Anton Lazzaro was arrested on horrific underage sex trafficking charges — including five counts of sex trafficking a minor, one count of attempting to do so, and three counts of obstruction of justice. Yet, four days later, the NRCC still has not returned the $10,000 in donations it has received from Lazzaro while remaining silent and failing to condemn Lazzaro’s heinous alleged crimes.
We are left wondering: why is the NRCC still clinging to cash from an indicted child sex trafficker?

“This isn’t hard: the NRCC should immediately return the $10,000 in donations the comittee has received from indicted sex trafficker Anton Lazzaro and issue a full condemnation of his abhorrent and criminal activity. Every minute that passes without doing so further signals that the NRCC and the Republican Party care more about lining their campaign coffers than the victims of underage sex trafficking.”
