Congressman Tom Kean Jr. has a problem calling out his own party, but this one should be easy.
So here it goes: Will Tom Kean Jr. condemn Jack Ciatterelli’s advisor over his antisemitic and homophobic comments?
Reminder: Kean Jr. endorsed Ciatterilli’s campaign, and he has repeatedly refused to call out members of his own party – including failing to call out President Trump after he threatened to terminate funding for the Hudson Gateway, and remaining silent after Young Republicans were caught using racist and antisemitic rhetoric.
DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin:
“It’s a simple question for Congressman Tom Kean Jr: Will you condemn Jack Ciattarelli’s advisor for spewing antisemetic and homophobic garbage? If Kean Jr. can’t stand up to members of his own party, he’s too weak to stand up for New Jerseyans.”
