Postmaster General Louis DeJoy – who is spearheading the efforts to curtail postal services across the country – is not only a top donor to Donald Trump but a top GOP powerbroker who has given tens of thousands of dollars to Republicans. One of those Republicans is Orange County career politician Young Kim, who has yet to respond to DeJoy and Trump’s efforts to dismantle the USPS and her campaign donation from DeJoy.
Now, new reporting details evidence of Louis DeJoy illegally funneling hundreds of thousands to GOP candidates. DeJoy employed what appears to be a straw donor scheme, which allows donors to evade federal election law and obscure the true source of money used to influence our elections.
