The ACP’s expiration will force tens of thousands of Iowa families to face stark price hikes on their monthly internet bills.
A product of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law – which Nunn criticized on the campaign trail last cycle – the ACP serves over 33,000 households in Iowa’s third congressional district, providing discounts for monthly internet bills.
Nunn has thus far refused to co-sponsor a bipartisan bill to replenish the fund to keep monthly bills low for thousands of Iowa families.
DCCC Spokesperson Mallory Payne:
“Zach Nunn is once again siding with his party and refusing to lift a finger to lower costs for Iowa families. That says everything you need to know about his ‘priorities.’”
