Cook Political’s Erin Covey writes:
“As the House battleground map has expanded, Democrats now have the potential to win their largest majority since 2009. President Donald Trump’s approval rating is underwater even in deep red seats that he won comfortably in 2024, and heavy spending from Republicans doesn’t appear to be moving the needle.”
Since Labor Day, Cook Political, Inside Elections, Sabato’s Crystal Ball, and Fox News have made 291 rating changes in Democrats’ favor.
DCCC Communications Director Courtney Rice:
“Voters across America are casting their ballots for Democrats who will actually fight to lower costs for families, and these ratings changes reflect the urgency candidates are tapping into at this moment. Democrats are leaving everything on the field in these final four days, and we’ll continue that fight through Election Day and beyond.”
