🚨 RATINGS CHANGE: Third Non-Partisan Race Rater Shifts NV-02 Away from Scandal-Plagued David Flippo

The rating marks the third non-partisan race rater to shift NV-02 in Democrats’ direction in the last month, and follows a slew of shady scandals that have been plaguing Flippo’s campaign from the start.
