Since Labor Day, Cook Political, Inside Elections, Sabato’s Crystal Ball, and Fox News have made 234 rating changes in Democrats’ favor.
DCCC Communications Director Courtney Rice: “With just one week until Election Day, Democrats are surging towards the House Majority.
