| Yesterday, Sabato’s Crystal Ball announced that it is shifting its prediction for North Carolina’s 11th Congressional District towards Democrats, building on growing momentum and setting the stage for a competitive election this year.Â
Sabato noted Edwards’ recent scandals that make him increasingly vulnerable against farmer and first time candidate, Jamie Ager.
