Two new polls this week – one first reported by
TIME, and the second by POLITICO – both show Paige Cognetti out front of Bresnahan.
Bresnahan is deeplyunpopularand underwaterwith NEPA voters who continue toreadand watchcoverage about how their congressman – who oncepromisedto ban congressional stock trading – has insteadmade timelystock tradesin office while having access to private information available to members of Congress.
Both polls follow race rating updates this quarter from Inside Elections and Cook Political Report, which both shifted the race toward Paige to “Toss Up.”
