April Becker Propped Up By Top Nevada Extremist

In extensive detail, the Nevada Independent tracked years of dangerous racist remarks and conspiracy theories perpetuated by millionaire Robert Beadles, a top donor of NV-03 GOP candidate and fellow election denier April Becker.

The report revealed that Becker’s donor Beadles:

  • Claimed that Donald Trump’s loss was the result of an international Jewish conspiracy just days after January 6.

  • Asserted that “the undeniable truth is that neither slavery, nor Jim Crow, nor the harshest racism, has decimated the Black family the way the welfare state has.”

  • Claimed that there is little evidence showing slavery and racial discrimination’s legacy had negative effects on Black communities.

  • Bragged about his status as a “pureblood,” or someone who is not vaccinated against COVID, including his belief that COVID treatment protocols were just ways for the medical community to kill people for profit.

  • Attempted to challenge and delegitimize the 2020 election results.

Becker accepted thousands of dollars in donations from Beadles. It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise given Becker’s track record of standing with election deniers and right-wing extremists and her own shady dealings.

DCCC Spokesperson Johanna Warshaw:
“April Becker has proven time and again that she is more interested in overturning Nevadans’ votes and cozying up to extreme conspiracy theorists than on the issues affecting Nevadans’ daily lives. By bankrolling her campaign with money from an openly racist, anti-Semetic election denier like Beadles, Becker is sending a clear message to Nevadans: she will do anything to grab power.”
