| As the Republican-led Pentagon takes the unprecedented steps of threatening to drag Senator Mark Kelly before a military court for telling troops to refuse illegal orders, Juan Ciscomani won’t stand up in defense of veterans.
Ciscomani has a clear track record of falling in line with party leaders rather than standing up for Arizonans. He votes with Trump 100% of the time, regardless of how it affects Southern Arizona. Under the current Trump Administration, Ciscomani has:
- Broken his promise to not vote for the largest Medicaid cuts in history.
- Skipped town during the Republican shutdown as Southern Arizonans were facing food insecurity and skyrocketing health care premiums.
- Voted to jeopardize jobs in his district after promising not to.
- Said he was “thrilled” to work with Elon Musk’s DOGE which laid off thousands of veterans and cut staff at the VA.
Arizonans can’t trust Ciscomani to keep any of his promises or to actually represent them in Washington. Time and time again, Ciscomani has shown that he won’t stand with Arizonans when it counts.
