“Will we vote for Jeff Denham again? Absolutely NOT.”
Today, the DCCC announced two brand new Spanish-language radio and television ads in California’s 10th Congressional District, exposing Congressman Jeff Denham’s false promises to protect his constituents’ health care. Voters will see and hear how Denham lied about voting against the Republican health care plan, and then reneged on his promise to vote for that exact same plan just days later. That Republican plan would take away coverage from thousands of his constituents, protections for people with pre-existing conditions, and increase health care costs.
The 60-second radio ad also talks about how Josh Harder is committed to reducing the cost of prescription drugs, protecting those with pre-existing conditions, and helping working families in the Valley secure quality health insurance.
“Congressman Jeff Denham promised to protect the healthcare of the people of the Central Valley, and just days later, betrayed that promise and voted along with the rest of his party to raise the costs of healthcare and undermine protections for those with pre-existing conditions,” said Javier Gamboa of the DCCC. “Denham has betrayed his community time and time again, and that’s why voters will reject his false promises and will choose Josh Harder this November.”
