DCCC Releases New TV Ad in KS-03: “Revolt”

The DCCC released a new TV ad in the race for KS-03, “Revolt,” highlighting the damage that Amanda Adkins did to Kansas schools as a longtime advisor to former Governor Sam Brownback.

As a top advisor to Brownback for nearly twenty years, Adkins spent her career executing his agenda, including his disastrous tax experiment that gutted funding for Kansas’ education system to pay for corporate tax giveaways.

The ad – the second to run in KS-03 from the DCCC IE – is airing in Kansas City beginning today and is part of the committee’s previously announced investments in key battleground districts.

“She helped usher in massive cuts to education in Kansas.

All to pay for tax giveaways for corporations.

For nearly twenty years, Amanda Adkins was a top adviser to Sam Brownback…

…whose plan decimated Kansas schools.

Even Adkins’ fellow Republicans ‘revolted’ and reversed the policy.

But Adkins repeatedly praised it and called Brownback ‘an incredible governor.’

We need to get Kansas back on track.
