The DCCC released a new TV ad in the race for MI-07, “Dangerous,” highlighting Tom Barrett’s extreme position on abortion.
Tom Barrett boasts that he’s “100% pro-life” with “no exceptions.” Barrett has also led extreme abortion ban legislation that would throw Michigan health care providers in prison. And despite being wildly out of step with Michiganders on abortion, Barrett has doubled down, saying, “I know I’m right.”
The ad – the third to run in MI-07 from the DCCC IE – is airing in the Lansing media market beginning today and is part of the committee’s previously announced investments in key battleground districts.

And he would support a national abortion ban
