Ciscomani voted for the largest cuts to SNAP in history, stayed silent while White House cancelled 2 million pounds of food aid for Arizona

Juan Ciscomani is up to his old tricks: saying one thing at home while doing another in DC.

This past weekend, Ciscomani had the audacity to visit a local food bank and praise their work fighting food insecurity he helped create in the community.

Ironically, Ciscomani’s visit comes after he:

Voted for the largest cuts to food assistance in history.
Stayed SILENT when the Administration abruptly cancelled 2 million pounds of food aid for Arizona this past spring – 448,000 pounds of which would have gone to the same food bank Ciscomani visited.
Skipped town instead of negotiating a deal to keep the government open, food assistance programs funded, and health care costs down.
