NEW: J.R. Majewski Lies (Again), This Time in Latest Ad

Majewski doubles down on claims of being a “nuclear executive” after his campaign failed to prove he was

Disgraced congressional candidate and radical QAnon extremist J.R. Majewski is once again lying to Northwest Ohio voters.

In a new ad up on TV today, Majewski claims he is “leaving his career as a nuclear executive,” but the Associated Press report that revealed he lied about his military record also revealed his “mischaracterizations extend to his professional career” as well.

According to the Associated Press, Majewski “is not listed among the executives and members of the corporate leadership teams” of his company and his own campaign “declined to address his claim of being an executive.”

This latest lie comes after Majewski lied about deploying to Afghanistan, lied about why he was demoted in the military and was prevented from reenlisting, lied about his academic credentials, and lied about his ties to QAnon.

DCCC Spokesperson Nebeyatt Betre
“It’s very clear at this point that no one can trust a thing this extremist says. Majewski is a dangerous liar who is wildly unfit to hold office.”

  • The mischaracterizations extend to his professional career, in which he has repeatedly described himself as an “executive in the nuclear power industry,” including in a campaign ad last spring.

  • But a review of his now-deleted resume on the website LinkedIn and a survey of his former employers do not support the claim.

  • He most recently worked for Holtec International, a Florida-based energy conglomerate that specializes in handling spent nuclear fuel. But he is not listed among the executives and members of the corporate leadership teams in current or archived versions of the company’s website.

  • A spokesman confirmed Majewski was a former Holtec employee, but declined to offer details on his position or role, which Majewski’s LinkedIn page described as “senior director, client relations.”

  • Majewski’s campaign declined to address his claim of being an executive, but said he participated in weekly conference calls with executives.
