New DCCC polling reveals Christina Bohannan is leading Miller-Meeks by four points (50-46) and hitting 50% for the first time, showing her strong position less than a month out from Election Day.
While Miller-Meeks’ favorability rating continues to decline, Christina remains popular with voters. This is especially true with Independents, among whom Christina leads Miller-Meeks by 16 points.
The race has become increasingly competitive in recent weeks: Cook Political Report and Inside Elections shifted the race to a “Toss Up” and National Journal listed Miller-Meeks as one of the most vulnerable members of Congress.
DCCC Spokesperson Mallory Payne:
“Iowans know that Mariannette Miller-Meeks is only looking out for herself and her party bosses – not working families. Voters are ready to send Miller-Meeks packing and elect Christina Bohannan who will actually have their backs in Congress.”
In 2022, DCCC Analytics Polls were proven to be more accurate compared to public polling throughout the cycle. DCCC Analytics polls predicted the ultimate winner in 92% of polls in the final 60 days before Election Day.
