NH-01: Mowers in the Middle, Baxter’s Blockade, and Leavitt’s False Flag

Race to the right goes flat off the rails

Hope everyone got some rest over the three-day holiday. The GOP primary in swing-district NH-01 sure didn’t.

Let’s get everyone caught up:

Matt Mowers is stuck between his disgraced advisor and donor Corey Lewandoski attacking Gov. Chris Sununu & his New Jersey pals and donors attacking former President Trump. Without missing a beat, Karoline Leavitt sure noticed, slicing at Mowers for being funded by an “ANTI-Trump, PRO-Cheney, Chris Christie lover.”

Tim Baxter is desperate and talking out of both sides of his mouth. In an interview with WMUR, Baxter claimed his incessant, months-long push for an election audit was not about overturning the 2020 election – despite signing onto a letter calling for a national audit, that would seek to nullify millions of votes and called on the House of Representatives to overturn the election. And he wasn’t finished – Baxter also signaled support for an Ottawa-style blockade in Manchester, which has already caused supply chain and inflation issues, hurting New Hampshire families.

Karoline Leavitt was wrong. Just days after floating that coverage of Russia possibly invading Ukraine was a false flag to distract from a legal filing on Hillary Clinton, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered troops to deploy into Ukraine.

DCCC spokesperson James Singer:

“In their quest to attack each other and spew the right wing talking point of the day, this GOP field seems to be incapable of talking about anything concerning Granite State families.”
