As The Saying Goes, With Friends Like These…
Last week, Yorba Linda City Councilwoman Peggy Huang, a Congressional candidate running in CA-45 but who lives in CA-39, touted her only Federal endorsement from health care repeal advocate Senator Cassidy.
Now it seems Huang is happy to be cozying up to another rabidly anti-health care Senator, Tom Cotton of Arkansas (pictured with Huang above).
This is the same Senator Cotton who was notoriously behind the Senate Republicans’ move to repeal Obamacare and whose plan to repeal healthcare from millions of Americans was praised by President Trump who told Cotton, “I am with you 1,000 percent on this.”

“With endorsements and supporters like GOP Senators Cotton and Cassidy, the picture is quite clear – Peggy Huang has zero clue as to the challenges Orange County families with preexisting conditions confront and the trials they face when choosing between how to pay their skyrocketing health care and prescription drug costs or put food on the table or save for their future,” said DCCC Spokesperson, Andy Orellana. “Peggy Huang’s support for those that would cut health care coverage for millions of Californians while doling out tax breaks to benefit corporate special interest backers is the epitome of Trump’s Washington swamp.”
