Pushes Endorsements from Failed Former Washington GOP Members of Congress – Rohrabacher, Walters and Issa
As Michelle Park Steel continued to roll out her bungled campaign for Congress last week, she crowed about her support from three failed Washington Republicans – early retiree and man [probably] still standing on his office rooftop, former Congressman Darrell Issa, one time failed candidate for NRCC Chair and former Congresswoman Mimi Walters, and finally “Putin’s Favorite” paid-for former Member of Congress Dana Rohrabacher.
“It’s completely unsurprising that Michelle Park Steel has the full support of these three Washington Republicans, as she has embraced hook, line and sinker the Washington GOP-Trump Agenda of higher health care costs and tax handouts to billionaires and corporate special interests over the needs of everyday California families,” said DCCC Spokesperson, Andy Orellana. “Unfortunately for Steel, all three of her political pals are out of Congress because they, just like Steel, also couldn’t outrun their records of supporting Trump’s health care cuts and tax hikes on California families.”
As Steel decides how to garner more support from failed Washington Republicans, Democrats have wasted no time showing up and getting to work – from fighting to make the nation safer for all Americans, to fighting for equal pay for equal work to cracking down on corruption in Washington.
