Miller-Meeks is trying to run away from her extreme anti-choice record AGAIN, but her actions show where she stands: she supports a nationwide abortion ban even in cases of rape, incest, and when the mother’s life is at risk – a position far out of step with nearly 60% percent of Iowans who say abortion should be legal in most or all cases.
“Mariannette Miller-Meeks can run, but she can’t hide from the horrific reality she has created in her pursuit to end abortion access without exceptions,” said DCCC spokesperson Elena Kuhn.
